F Store ships its products to almost all parts of Kashmir. Orders placed will be dispatched within 24 to 48 * hrs. We dispatch on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

All the items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is waterproof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap. You can track your order status by your Order ID. All orders received are shipped within 24-48 hrs. In most cases, it is shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3PM except for Public Holidays or weekends in some cases.
Generally, all orders are delivered within 2-7 business days depending on your shipping location. Orders placed from Srinagar city are usually delivered on the next working day.
The delivery time mentioned on the “product page – check delivery information” is the maximum time our shipping vendors will take to deliver your package.
We also offer “Cash on Delivery” or COD on all our products. You can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on fbooks.in website. You will have to pay the money to the delivery person before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency, DD or Cheque as payment against a COD order.
To serve you better and provide fast delivery, fbooks.in team may contact you (email/phone) for address verification. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation from your side in the next 48 hours from the time of order placed. You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.

Non-availability on Delivery
